The Stop Anxiety Now Kit

INTRODUCTION TO THE KIT

Welcome to the Stop Anxiety Now program. By choosing to use the tools in this kit, you have made a powerful decision to take charge of your anxiety and transform your life. Before I discuss the nature of anxiety and teach you the The Stop Anxiety Now Kit, Dr. Eve Woodtools to heal it in this Guidebook, I’d like to tell you about the other components of this kit (the sample and blank Affirmation Cards, the Stop Signs, the Journal Book and the CD) and how to use them. In this guidebook, I will tell you lots more about all the components, but I want you to know how all the parts fit together before you start the program.

  • There are 24 beautifully illustrated affirmation cards in this kit. Half (12) of them are complete. The other 12 are blank. They are for you to use once you have created your own affirmations according to the guidance in this book. You will then read your affirmation cards regularly as you work the Stop Anxiety Now program. There is a single beautifully illustrated card titled:

My Thought Stopping Plan
It has a lot of text and some blanks. In this guidebook I will teach you how to fill in the blanks and create this powerful tool to stop anxiety. You will then be using the card in a regular, planful way.

  • There are 10 Stop Sign cards in your kit. These are part of your Thought Stopping Plan, too. You will learn where to put them and how to use them.
  • There is a wonderful journal book that you will be using for personal reflections as well to create your Thought Stopping tool and your affirmation cards. Your journal will be a friend, mirror, mentor, and guide to you. You will learn how to use it in this guidebook.
  • On the enclosed CD, I offer you a series of meditative, relaxation, and guided imagery exercises for you to use whenever you would like some help in calming yourself down. In this guidebook, you will find descriptions of each track and some guidance on how to best use the CD.

And, of course, the guidebook you hold in your hands is the sixth part of this kit. It teaches you nine tools to Stop Anxiety Now. I suggest that you read the entire booklet first to get an overview of the program. Then go back and work with each of the five Central Tools and several of the four Bonus Tools to stop anxiety. In this kit, you have a powerful program to transform your life. I encourage you to work it slowly and steadily over time. If you do, you will be amazed at what you are able to accomplish!
